[Remote] Workday ERP Analyst - Time Tracking

The Workday ERP Analyst - Time Tracking will be responsible for managing and supporting Workday applications, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions and implement process improvements.ResponsibilitiesUnder minimal supervision, this position is responsible for application functional and technical support of assigned applicationsServes as an internal subject matter expert to manage and support Workday applications, including analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracyThis position will be a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design solutions, recommend and implement process improvements, identify and assess cross functional impacts, offer end-user support through a ticketing system, including root cause analysis, new release management, create and maintain training materials and documentationDevelop and execute a strategy for continuous improvement of processes and functionalities and ensure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely mannerPerforms all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulationsBrings compliance issues to the attention of managementAssures quality customer service to all customersMaintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policyManage and support assigned Workday application, including analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, new release management, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy; address and resolve data issuesConfigure and maintain Workday to align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and best practicesEnsure the critical issues are being addressed in a timely mannerConduct regular audits to ensure data quality, integrity, and security of the system and comply with relevant laws and regulationsWork with stakeholders to develop effective reports, dashboards and analytics tailored to user needs using Workday tools and best practicesDevelop and execute a strategy for continuous improvement of processes and functionalitiesCreate test scenarios/test cases, test and support new configurations and deploymentsHelp identify and assess cross functional impacts from configuration changes that would impact other areasDevelop and maintain detailed documentation on processes, configuration, and workflowsReview functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and identify opportunities for enhancementsCollaborate with integration teams to design, test, and implement interfaces between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracyPerforms all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree requiredKnowledge of applicable business application(s) requiredKnowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required5 years of experience implementing and supporting Workday ERP and relevant Workday SKU, requiredWorkday configuration with a specialized focus in relevant Workday SKU, workflows, business processes, security, and reportingTechnical knowledge of Workday application, reporting and data analysisMust possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilitiesMust be able to maintain confidentialityAbility to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plansExcellent problem-solving and customer service skills with a keen attention to detailDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlinesWorkday Certification in one or more modules preferredExperience working with Azure DevOps preferredCompany OverviewVitalant is a blood collection, testing, logistics and distribution service provider company.
