They are seeking a Certified Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant to provide technical consulting, design reporting solutions, and lead clients through the systems development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesProvide Workday technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through deploymentOwn the design and development of reporting solutions and Prism analytics strategies for customers implementing WorkdayLead the discovery, design, configuration, and testing support for Workday reporting needs and Prism Analytics use casesUnderstand technical issues, expertly resolve issues, and communicate effectively with the clientTrain and mentor less experienced team membersAdvise clients on options, risks, and any impacts related to reportingAnswer all inquiries on a timely basisComplete tasks efficiently and in a timely mannerResponsible for key communication to project and client leadershipContinually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutionsShare knowledge to continually improve implementation methodologyProvide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standardsClose attention to detailSkills2+ years of Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics experience or relevant industry experienceActive Workday Partner certification in Prism Analytics requiredTeam player who can collaborate and communicate effectivelyQuick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used in the Workday ecosystemBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science.
