[Remote] Workday Accounting Center Lead (Post Production)

The Workday Accounting Center Lead will optimize client processes using the Workday platform, lead implementations of financial modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue generation and collection processes.ResponsibilitiesAdvising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of WorkdayContributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyondImplementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiativesConfigure and customize the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization’s processes and requirementsAnalyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimizationLead the implementation of Workday financials modules. Integrate these modules seamlessly into existing business processesCollaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, legal, sales, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with Workday functionalitiesProvide training to end-users on Workday functionalities and support ongoing user adoption. Address and resolve issues in a timely mannerCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Workday configurations, integrations, and processesStay informed about Workday updates and industry best practices.
