Position Overview
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service. You’ll handle inbound and/or outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
Provide information on products, services, and policies with accuracy and clarity.


Issue Resolution

Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or supervisor as necessary.


Data Management

Document call details, customer interactions, and any action taken using the company’s CRM system.
Update customer information and maintain accurate, organized records.


Quality

Adhere to company guidelines and scripts while personalizing each call to meet the customer’s needs.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.


Collaboration

Work closely with team members and supervisors to share insights and improve processes.
Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, policies, or tools.






Qualifications

Location Requirement: Must be a resident of New York (proof of residency may be required).
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related field strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and chat tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure, identify issues quickly, and propose effective solutions.
Work Environment: Quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts (including evenings or weekends) if needed.
