[Remote] Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Filo Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to partner with mortgage brokers for loan placements. This role involves developing new broker relationships and expanding existing accounts while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional ethics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and sign on qualified third-party originator/broker accountsConduct sales calls with prospective accounts to determine strategic fit and opportunityProvide training to third-party originators including how to price and register loans, review of products and guidelines and current proceduresProvide support and service to accounts and their staffServe as a liaison between accounts and operations teamsWork with management and internal team to maintain professional and respectful partnerships with accountsOther duties as assignedSkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Self-starting, self-reliant, highly motivated, and dependableEfficient in time-management and ability to organize and prioritize tasksStrong problem-solving ability and the resolve to overcome sales obstaclesExperienced in Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR and Non-QM loansHigh school diploma requiredRecent Wholesale Account Executive experience requiredMinimum of 5 years of mortgage industry experience requiredCollege degree preferredCompany OverviewMillions of Americans could benefit from a mortgage laser focused on their needs.
