The Senior Services Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of Dayforce Consulting Services engagements, ensuring they meet customer requirements while providing oversight and direction to team members.ResponsibilitiesProvide Consulting Services to CustomersLeads engagements that help prospects and customers determine how Dayforce will impact their HR service delivery that may include key processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reporting and analyticsEnsures a smooth knowledge transfer process to the Dayforce Implementation teamIs considered a subject matter expert on strategic implementations. Can be brought in to assist on projects of various sizes, verticals and complexityLeads internal and external project and/or design meetings and provide status on progress of consulting services activities and deliverablesConducts peer reviews and other internal project quality assurance activitiesEither leads a CS engagement for Organizational Readiness best practices or provides guidance and input in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solutionAble to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organization; comfortable with executivesIs cool under pressure; often called on to lead difficult conversations with customersTakes unpopular stance if necessary and in the best interests of the customer/projectAble to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same timeContribute to Internal Consulting Services InitiativesDesign and document solutions and contributes to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the PracticeLead the subject matter expert (SME) program in at least one area of expertise (HR service delivery, Dayforce, talent management)Regularly participate in internal process improvement initiativesFocus on Continuing EducationContribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basisParticipate in Continuing Education sessions; lead Consulting Services best practice sessionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseMentor others on HCM best practice implementation of new product features and functionalityProvide Sales SupportSupport the sales cycle through solution review and feedback and assistance with scoping and estimationParticipate in prospect discussions regarding solution overview and implementation considerations from a Consulting Services perspectiveSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceTypically has 3 or more years of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider or consultancy with a focus on the configuration of Time & Attendance, Schedules, Pay Rules, Organizational Structure, and Leave PoliciesTypically has 2 or more years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experienceSolid experience in business process mapping, organization readiness, and technology enablementTechnical Skills RequirementsHas expert-level HR operations/business practices and technology enablement experienceHas advanced level HCM SaaS domain and implementation experienceHas a knack for simplifying complex technical or business requirements and solutions that often present setbacks for othersProficient in Microsoft Office productsDeep understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practicesFunctional Skills RequirementsExcellent customer relationship and business acumenDemonstrates full competence in business functionAbility to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage competing prioritiesExcellent organization, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer and internal workshops and sessionsAbility to mentor junior consultants through peer reviews and other QA activitiesActs as role model for Dayforce CaresAbility to provide consulting services scoping and solution guidance in the sales cycleAn ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%) is requiredMaster's degree or post graduate coursework an assetExperience in change management an assetDayforce product knowledge with an understanding of the critical interdependencies and data flow between all modules (desired)English/French bilingual proficiencyDayforce implementation experienceBenefitsExcellent time away from work programsComprehensive wellness initiativesRecognition through competitive pay and benefitsVolunteer daysDayforce Cares charity opportunitiesCompany OverviewDayforce is a time and attendance application that helps businesses automate clocking and streamline employee payroll.
