- Accurately enter and maintain data into our database
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
- Review and correct data entered into the database
- Perform periodic backups to ensure data preservation
- Keep all sensitive information confidential and secure at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in data entry or related role
- Proficient typing skills with minimum 45 words per minute
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
