Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time Entry Level
FSTONE Technologies is seeking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering data into our system accurately and efficiently. This is a remote work from home position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
The ideal candidate for this role... will have strong computer skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to type quickly and accurately. You will be expected to work full-time, Monday to Friday, Your Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into our database
Organize and maintain data, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness
Perform data entry tasks in a timely manner, meeting deadlines set by management
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper information is being entered
Assist with quality assurance of data, making sure it is error-free
Report any discrepancies or errors to management, and work to resolve them promptly
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive data and information
Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote work setting
Excellent typing skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
A reliable computer and high-speed internet access
Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
