Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is a plus
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of English, both oral and written
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection and a conducive environment for remote work
Responsibilities
Accurately entering data into various databases and spreadsheets
Reviewing and verifying data to ensure accuracy
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
Responding to and resolving data entry requests in a timely manner
Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
