[Remote] Weekend Dispatcher

They are seeking a Weekend Dispatcher to coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a 5-star customer experience. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on call priority, location, and skill set Build, manage, and adjust technician schedules in real time Debrief technicians and monitor workflow throughout the day Communicate clearly and proactively with customers regarding appointment updates and schedule changes Track technician performance and support operational goals Assist with inspections, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up Support special projects related to operations, scheduling improvements, and workflow efficiency Partner with leadership to keep the dispatch function operating at a high level Help manage weekend demand and ensure technicians are set up for success Skills ServiceTitan experience is required Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume dispatch environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Able to multitask and shift priorities quickly Delivers a consistent 5-star customer experience Empathetic, upbeat, and professional with customers and technicians Confident under pressure and able to hold firm when needed Driven, dependable, and takes ownership of outcomes Able to work the Friday-Tuesday schedule from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM High school diploma or GED 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably in a technician-based environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Home services industry experience is strongly preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Pet Insurance Work from Home Employee Discounts 401(k) with 4% company match PTO, Paid Holidays, and Paid Parental Leave Company-provided laptop, monitor, and headset Company Overview Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is a home-service company offering premier home service to the greater Austin area.
