[Remote] Website Migration Content Specialist

The Website Migration Content Specialist role focuses on content migration, CMS content management, website quality assurance, and SEO best practices to support the digital ecosystem transformation for U.S. dealers.ResponsibilitiesCreate, customize, edit, and format content within the Content Management System (CMS) - Storyblok - to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across dealer websitesAnalyze and migrate dealers' current websites to the new dealer website platform, ensuring accuracy and consistencyCreate unique dealer websites, including page layouts, content, imagery, and SEO optimization, utilizing Storyblok, marketing and design guidelines, templates, best practices, technical requirements, and editorial guidelinesQA dealer websites to identify and address any issues related to formatting, links, and overall presentationAssist in designing a smooth onboarding experience for dealers based on existing systems and dealer requirementsCollaborate with an international team of Content Managers, dealers, internal teams, support teams, and product teamsCreate and maintain documentation for content management processes and guidelines, and implement continuous process improvement efforts based on learningsPromote the new website platform and manage expectations with dealersProvide training and support to dealers, their agencies, or other content contributors on Storyblok best practices, content management processes, and toolsProvide new feature roll-out support to dealers, troubleshooting support, frequently asked questions documentation, documentation of dealer requirements and feedback etcFollow website & SEO best practices and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teamsSkillsBachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, web design or similar required2 - 5 years of experience in the North American automotive industry, Digital Marketing industry, or related field2 - 5 years of experience as a Content Manager / Author or similar role, with a focus on content management within Storyblok or similar CMSExperience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Experience in managing complex projects and/or marketing technology operationsPrevious experience in cross-functional teams and projects required, preferred with international teamsKnowledge of dealership digital marketing processes in the automotive industry is helpfulAdvanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality contentAbility to effectively work within a cross-functional team and adapt to changing requirementsAbility to analyze complex problems, proactively propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficientlyKnowledge of digital marketing beneficialKnowledge of Consent Management Platforms beneficialKnowledge of Tag Management, preferably with the Tealium Tag manager, beneficialStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable mannerWillingness to learn new technologies and tools as neededAbility to prioritize and work under tight deadlinesStrong team player with excellent interpersonal skillsIndependent and fast work style, high dedication and motivationBenefitsMedical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through AnthemDental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum401(k) retirement savings planPaid-time-off optionsCompany-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNowCompany OverviewDice is the go-to career marketplace for tech professionals.
