The role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining the marketing website while collaborating with various teams to create engaging web experiences. Responsibilities • Webflow Development – Build, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring high performance and responsiveness • CMS Management – Manage Webflow CMS collections, structure dynamic content, and optimize workflows for efficient content updates • Design Implementation – Work closely with designers to bring Figma designs to life while ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness • Style Standards – Familiar with Client-First or other style guidelines and strategies, maintain consistency by adhering to style guidelines and strategies for Webflow projects • Website Optimization – Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices • A/B Testing & Analytics – Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and tracking integrations with Google Analytics, Marketo, or similar tools • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Content, and Growth teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions • Custom Code & Integrations – Enhance Webflow’s capabilities by implementing custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party integrations • Quality Assurance – Perform rigorous testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and smooth interactions Skills • 4+ years of experience developing Webflow websites in a professional setting • Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with Figma designs • Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility • Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement creative solutions • Experience working on conversion-focused pages and A/B testing • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to translate marketing and design needs into functional web solutions • B.S. degree in CS or equivalent with 2+ years of industry experience • Extensive experience with JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript • Experience integrating Webflow with Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clearbit, SEMrush, etc • Familiarity with emerging SEO/AEO practices, including optimizing content for AI-powered search, answer engines, and large language model–driven discovery • Familiarity with Webflow API, animations (Lottie, Rive), and No-Code tools • Basic knowledge of React or other front-end frameworks is a plus • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment is a plus Benefits • Comprehensive healthcare benefits • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Flexible work schedule • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave • Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team building events • Monthly internet reimbursement Company Overview • Harness provides a software delivery platform that helps engineering teams build, deploy, and operate applications through a set of tools.
