Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles, which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and efficient scheduling.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ascertain staffing needs and recruitment objectives.
Enhance our company brand to attract and engage high-caliber talent.
Build and sustain a robust pipeline of top-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and networking efforts.
Establish partnerships with companies, universities, and other talent sources to access remarkable candidates.
Collaborate with the People Operations team on various talent-related projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the blockchain sector.
Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in highly technical positions.
Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruitment tools.
Strong communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Excellent project management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines.
A proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the blockchain or Web3 industries.
Experience in corporate or business talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is advantageous.
