Not just someone who 'does SEO'Hands-on with WordPress, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. You can do things, not just delegate themPLG mindset: has owned or materially contributed to self-serve signup flows, not just inbound demo formsExperience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and website personalization or AI SDR toolsCan write a clear brief, review developer output, and QA a page.
