They are seeking a Web & eCommerce Project Manager to oversee the execution of digital initiatives across their website and eCommerce platform, ensuring quality delivery and collaboration with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end execution of web and ecommerce initiatives, from intake through deliveryLead day‑to‑day project activities including planning, tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communicationRun daily standups and delivery rituals in a hybrid Scrum / waterfall environmentEnsure work is delivered on time, meets quality expectations, and supports platform stabilityIdentify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs; escalate larger decisions to leadership when appropriateTrack project‑level budgets, forecasts, and actuals; monitor spend against plan and flag variances or risksPartner with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the business backlogTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable work for IT and development teamsEnsure IT Project Managers and development teams are executing to plan and aligned to prioritiesTrack progress, manage scope, and maintain delivery transparencySupport new initiative intake by developing lightweight business cases, including scope definition, high‑level effort estimates, dependencies, and expected benefits, in partnership with stakeholdersServe as the primary execution partner for Digital Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholdersCollaborate closely with IT development teams, IT Project Managers, and architectsManage day‑to‑day coordination with agencies and system integratorsFacilitate alignment across business and technical teamsServe as the primary day‑to‑day operational owner for external vendors, agencies, and system integratorsManage delivery coordination, priorities, timelines, and dependencies with vendors to ensure work aligns to agreed scope and business prioritiesMonitor vendor performance against plans and surface risks or issues to leadershipPartner with Digital Marketing & eBusiness leadership on SOWs, RFPs, and contract discussions, while owning ongoing execution once agreements are in placeOwn day‑to‑day invoice review, validation, and coordination with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processingDevelop a strong working understanding of the web and ecommerce platforms to effectively partner with technical teamsArticulate technical concepts in business‑friendly terms and translate business needs into technical requirementsSupport initiatives related to ecommerce functionality, CMS updates, MarTech integrations, analytics, and taggingHelp refine and guide existing delivery and intake processesImprove project visibility, predictability, and stakeholder satisfactionProvide input and ideas related to product and platform improvements, while remaining execution‑focusedContribute to the evolution of a more formal PRD and intake process by providing upfront analysis and execution‑focused inputsSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in project management for web, ecommerce, or digital platformsStrong experience using Jira and ConfluenceExperience working in hybrid Agile / waterfall delivery environmentsProven ability to partner with IT, development teams, vendors, and business stakeholdersAbility to understand technical concepts and translate requirements without being deeply technicalExperience managing agencies and system integratorsExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and/or Bloomreach CMSFamiliarity with headless architecturesExperience managing MarTech integrations, analytics, and tagging initiativesExperience functioning in a delivery‑ownerBenefitsQuarterly bonuses or commissionBenefits: We provide a wide range of benefits for eligible full-time employees including: medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, employee stock purchase and bonus plans, pay for holidays, vacation, sick days, funerals and jury duty, years of service awards, employee discounts, employee referral bonuses, charitable contribution matching, education reimbursement and more.Company OverviewA leader in structural systems research and technology, Simpson Strong-Tie is one of the world's largest suppliers of structural building products.
