Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong research skills to find information quickly and accurately
- Creativity to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
- No prior experience required, but a passion for technology and customer service is a plus
