[Remote] We have an Oracle Fusion P2P Functional Consultant (Remote) opportunity
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Lead. The role involves leading the P2P track across Procurement and Payables, driving future-state P2P design, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead P2P track as functional owner across Procurement and Payables
ā¢ Analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
ā¢ Act as SME in design workshops and validate functional configurations
ā¢ Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go-live readiness
ā¢ Provide expertise across the full P2P lifecycle including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, and Invoice Processing (2-way/3-way matching, tolerances, holds)
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders and SI teams to ensure successful implementation
ā¢ Facilitate workshops and communicate functional design clearly to business and leadership teams
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years experience in Oracle Cloud space including 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement experience
ā¢ Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P implementations
ā¢ Strong Oracle EBS P2P functional background
ā¢ Experience migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud
ā¢ Deep knowledge of Procurement modules and Oracle Fusion Payables
ā¢ Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformations
ā¢ Understanding of Finance integrations (GL, FA, CM)
ā¢ Exposure to reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher)
ā¢ Change management and user enablement experience
