The Water Purifier Trainer will design and deliver virtual training sessions for service professionals on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water purifiers, while also creating training materials and monitoring trainee performance.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver virtual training sessions for service professionals on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of water purifiersCreate easy-to-understand training materials, demos, and assessmentsUpdate content based on new product launches, brand standards, and safety guidelinesMonitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedbackSupport skill certification processes to ensure high-quality service on the platformCollaborate with operations, quality, and product teams to standardize best practices and address recurring field issues through targeted training interventionsSkillsStrong technical knowledge of water purifiers, including installation, maintenance, and basic electrical and plumbing conceptsProven training or coaching experience, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, practical waysEffective communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and at least one major regional language preferredComfort with digital tools and platforms for remote training (video conferencing, learning management systems, digital assessments)Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standardsAbility to work independently in a remote setup, manage schedules, and handle multiple training batchesPrior experience in field service (appliances, water purifiers, or similar) or in a technician training role is highly desirableDiploma, ITI, or degree in a technical discipline (electrical, electronics, mechanical, or related field) is preferredCompany OverviewUrban Company provides home cleaning, maintenance, and beauty treatment services conveniently delivered to the doorstep.
