[Remote] Water Infrastructure Policy & Financial Analyst

They are seeking a mid-level Water Infrastructure Policy & Financial Analyst to support contracts with the EPA and other government clients, focusing on drinking water, water quality, and resilience. The role involves providing policy and financial analysis, project management support, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple projects.ResponsibilitiesProviding policy and financial analysis on issues related to drinking water, wastewater, or storm water infrastructure financing, sustainability, and resilienceProviding policy or financial analysis on infrastructure grant programs to help EPA and states achieve priorities of public infrastructure funding, such as improving access to clean drinking water across the country, replacing lead service lines, and making Americaβs water infrastructure more resilientConducting data and statistical analyses, literature searches, and reviews on technical topics to support policy initiatives, process improvement, and assess the impacts of policy decisionsProviding project management support:Providing strategic thinking in support of client initiativesManaging and supervising analyses and product development for EPA and other government clientsEnsuring client satisfaction across multiple projects in a programFacilitating information sharing and planning across projects and teamsSupporting the efforts of multiple project managersWriting or editing guidance documents, reports, case studies, presentations, and other documentsSkillsBA/BS and 5 years' work experience in environmental management, public policy, public administration, finance, economics, municipal administration, or a similar role OR a Master's degree with 3 years of related experienceUnderstanding of how to apply statistical, financial, and economic methods to answer policy questionsAbility to conduct research and collect and evaluate data in support of data-driven analyses and reportsExcellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills, and experience producing reports that clearly communicate technical analyses and results for the general publicExperience using Excel or other software to analyze dataExperience managing projects and ensuring high-quality deliverablesCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. CitizenKnowledge of basic principles of public financing and common financing instrumentsPublic speaking experienceExperience using R, Python, SQL, Virtual Basic, HTML and/or STATA or MATLABBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionCompany paid disability and life insurance401(k) programPaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysVoluntary time off (VTO)Tuition reimbursementAdoption assistance programOther optional benefitsVarious bonus programsCompany OverviewCadmus is a non-profit, and corporate clients address challenges concerning energy and the environment.
