About the position We are a national network of experienced, high -level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a Washington State -based, experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal, interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work. Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients. Responsibilities • Draft and file legal documents • Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters • Settlement proposals • Temporary Orders • Motions/proposed orders • Child support docs • Manage case calendars and deadlines • Organize and maintain client files • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel • Provide general administrative support to attorneys Apply tot his job
