[Remote] Warehouse Solutions Design Engineer

This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and present tailored solutions for business opportunities and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead and support the design and development of innovative supply chain solutions for new business opportunities, renewals, and re-engineering initiativesTranslate complex data into actionable insights through advanced data analysis, engineering modeling, and scenario planningDevelop end-to-end concepts of operations, including process flows, labor models, and facility layoutsCreate compelling customer proposals and presentations that clearly articulate value, efficiency gains, and cost benefitsCollaborate closely with Business Development and Program Management teams to plan, prepare, and deliver proposals within tight timelinesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance across existing sitesIncorporate sustainability and green initiatives into solution designs, supporting both corporate responsibility goals and community engagement effortsContinuously build and refine expertise in distribution center design, automation, and emerging supply chain technologiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindsetExperience designing, supporting, or operating within distribution center environmentsWorking knowledge of 3PL distribution center processes and workflowsFamiliarity with automation and material handling systemsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex conceptsBackground in solutions design, operations engineering, or on-site implementation within a 3PL or similar logistics environmentExposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and project-based engineering workCompany OverviewCEVA provides world-class supply chain solutions for large and medium-size national and multinational companies across the globe.
