They are seeking a Vice President of US Sales to build and lead their sales and clinical support team as they launch the Globe® Pulsed Field System, requiring strategic sales leadership and relationship development with healthcare professionals.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and scale a high-performing US field organization, including sales, clinical, and hybrid roles appropriate for an exciting new technology launchOwn and architect the US sales strategy for an early-stage PFA platform in a highly competitive, rapidly evolving marketBuild a sales organization that values partnership with physicians, hospitals, and internal teamsLead the development of a creative, disciplined US contracting and pricing framework tailored for early market entryIdentify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful product launchEstablish a strong Kardium field team culture during rapid U.S. expansion, preserving startup agility, integrity, and patient-first decision-makingEstablish and oversee compensation strategy, including incentive plansStay current with industry trends and advancements in electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter technology to inform sales strategiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice-President or similar) within the medical device industryMinimum of 7 years of experience in electrophysiology with a focus on catheter mapping and ablationStrong network of electrophysiologists including national opinion leadersProven track record of successfully leading commercial product launchesStrong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to travel as neededBenefits5% 401k contributionVariable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectivesParticipate in Kardium’s stock option planComprehensive medical & dental coverage – for all permanent employees – effective as of Day 1, with no waiting period.Work-day flexibility – additionally, we provide 3 personal days per year.Support – for you (and your dependents) overall well-being.Career progression and learning support.Professional membership support.Company OverviewKardium has developed the Globe System - a revolutionary medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation. .
