This leader will be responsible for driving commercial success and overseeing the development and delivery of new services to enhance customer solutions and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial and legal structuring of complex multi-party partnerships (Schemes, Issuing Banks, BPSPs). Act as the primary escalation point for negotiation stalls and strategic alignment with partners like JPM, Visa, and MastercardNavigate global banking complexities, specifically regarding interchange dynamics, issuer-processor relationships, and rebate modeling to ensure product profitabilityProvide thought leadership on strategies to solidify and expand, including consultation with customers, prospects, Taulia direct sales resources, strategic partners, and distributionPartner directly with Sales Leadership to unblock and close complex enterprise deals. Serve as the executive sponsor for key accounts during the implementation and adoption phaseDrive the decisions to build, buy, or outsource where needed to expedite time to marketUnderstand the customer discovery craft to test hypotheses and validate demand, ensuring commercial opportunities are proven before building beginsSynthesize insights from extensive market research, customer and partner conversations, and competitor analysis to define unique selling pointsOwn product strategy and product management for our solutions/servicesDevelop and manage business plans for building and rollout of new products and services in your product areaOperate as a "Deal Executive" — helping manage pipeline forecasts, unblocking revenue recognition issues, and navigating customer procurement/legal hurdlesWork closely with Taulia Product Owners to align Product Development Roadmaps (including but not limited to business requirements, success criteria, prioritization and dependencies)Ensure delivery of end-to-end solution(s), including but not limited to sales enablement, customer support, compliance, and operationsMaintain a scrappy, hands-on approach to enablement and GTM by building your own ROI calculators, sales decks, and positioning frameworks.
