[Remote] VP of Sales - Data Management - Banking & Capital Markets

Inizio Partners is seeking a New Business Sales professional to drive sales and revenue growth in the Banking & Capital Markets sector within the Data and Technology domain. This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of BCM industry companies in North America.ResponsibilitiesHave Big-deal experience – the ideal candidate will have proven experience in closing deals with ACV > $2M and TCV > $ 10M selling Data/ tech services to Banking and Capital Market clientsBe responsible for New Logo hunting and Data/ technology penetration in existing logos. This would involve lead generation/ Deal origination & support in sales cycle driving closure (signed contract) and successful handover to the Account ManagerBring an understanding of the North America BCM Data/ Tech sector marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company's growth strategy and investmentsWork closely with Industry Business Unit leads to work on targeted account strategies, agree on target logos, and pursue to deliver high value and growthBuild a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various Business UnitsExecute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etcCan effectively identify and translate client needs into the company service offeringsDevelop an understanding of customers' business needs, matching them with the company's capabilities, and developing winning proposals for the companyBe a key intermediary between the service delivery team and the customerSkills10+ years as an individual contributor selling new business for a Product / Technology Services/ Top 10 Advisory Consulting firm with last few recent years focused on selling into large Banking and Capital Market clientsAstute at identifying and qualifying leads, be able to develop strong relationships at potential client organizations and have the proven ability to convert these relationships into commercial engagements in situations where little to no previous relationship existedEffectively and proactively managed client's expectations, built deep client partnershipsBroad functional knowledge within the North American Tech & Consulting sector and able to connect with a variety of executive level stakeholders in BCM and identify their specific pain-pointsStrong sales process and operations skills (pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)Strategically minded and able to create a consultative and solution-minded sales environmentHigh-energy style who is motivated by winningDemonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environmentCompany OverviewInizio Partners is a full-service recruitment agency specializing in executive search, permanent placements, and contingency staffing.
