They are seeking a VP of Operations to lead the growth and development of manufacturing or engineering services member companies, ensuring fulfillment, quality, and profitability objectives are met through collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesEnsure fulfillment, quality, cost and customer expectations are met by driving assessment and coordination of efforts across member companies, manufacturing, and engineering teams within the organizationAchieve and maintain manufacturing capacity requirements on an ongoing basis, providing for build-up and adjustment of resources as needed, including facilities, equipment and peopleCoach, develop, and assess leadership talent internally to achieve growth and meet market needsLead across functions to drive continuous improvement through Lean to enhance quality, workflow efficiency, predictability, and productivity in product and service fulfillmentDemonstrate highly visible, engaging leadership, with affinity for the production floor and engineering shops.
