[Remote] VP of Design (UX, Product, research, etc.)

Elevate Digital is seeking a VP of Design to lead and scale their design organization, including Product Design, Research, Service Design, and Content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to deliver cohesive experiences across the patient journey and key user workflows.Skills10+ years in product / experience / service design, with at least 5 years in leadership (VP, Head, or equivalent)Proven track record scaling and leading design organizations across disciplines (UX, UI, research, content, service design)Experience in high-complexity, regulated domains (healthcare, wellness, mental health, medical, fintech, etc.)Deep expertise in user-centered design, design systems, service design, research methodologiesAbility to partner with executives, communicate design vision, and influence strategyPortfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, strategic impact, and high craftStrong operational skills: setting up process, structure, metrics, design governancePassion, empathy, and sensitivity—you deeply care about improving mental health access, experience, equityExperience in behavioral health, clinical workflows, telehealth, or health operationsExperience working with AI/ML/personalization in designExposure to physical or hybrid care experiences (clinic, in-person, environmental design)Company OverviewElevate Digital specializes in cloud,digital marketing and data and analystics services.
