This role involves driving sales, retention, and partnership strategies while overseeing high-performing teams to expand pharmacy partnerships and achieve revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute Genoa's sales, retention and partnership strategies at the national, business-line levelPartner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing partnershipsRepresent sales, retention and partnerships in governance processes and strategic planning forumsWork closely with Operations, Marketing, 340B, Payer Relations and other teams to deliver integrated solutions for clientsCollaborate with matrix partners to ensure Genoa partner impact is considered in financial decisionsResponsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, and tracking provider and consumer satisfaction via surveysOwn accountability for sales, retention and partnership functions; annually this will include $900M TCV for external accounts and $450M TCV for new sitesLead a multi-tiered sales organization, including Sales Directors, Business Development Managers/Reps/AnalystsMonitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensure attainment of sales targetsOversee account management for Genoa's partners, focusing on risk mitigation, retention, and growth opportunities for top partners and those at riskDirect oversight of specialized programs (eg 340B Program, Health Equity)Evaluate new partnership feasibility and serve as a board member for relevant coalitionsSkills10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or related fieldsProven track record of leading multi-region teams and achieving aggressive growth targetsProven solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and incentive programsProven excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all organizational levelsExperience in behavioral health or pharmacy care servicesAll employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyBenefitsA comprehensive benefits packageIncentive and recognition programsEquity stock purchase401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)Bonuses based on sales performanceFlexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.Company OverviewOptum provides primary care and optical care services.
