Accountabilities • Lead the engineering organization to deliver innovative products. • Develop Engineering leaders and build high-performing teams. • Define and execute AI strategy for product enhancement. • Ensure technical strategy aligns with business goals. • Attract, hire, and empower top engineering talent. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design teams. • Communicate engineering strategy and progress to stakeholders. • Manage Engineering P&L and optimize resource allocation. • Drive roadmap execution in a shared ownership model. • Advocate for team interests across the business.
