Precision AQ is seeking a Vice President, Oncology Clinical Solutions to lead strategic market access initiatives that leverage clinical insight, provider behavior, and real-world evidence. This high-impact, client-facing leadership role is responsible for shaping how oncology therapies are evaluated, positioned, and accessed across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Precision AET, engage with assigned clients in seamless collaboration with agency colleaguesProvide strategic insights to optimize market access objectives by navigating competitive challenges within the payer and provider ecosystemEngage in strategic planning, tactic ideation, creation and executionOversee OncoGenius deliverable parameters, completion and client deliveryLead development and annual updates to syndicated reportsDirect client training education and utilization for portfolio OncoGenius solutionsDevelop ad hoc research projects to solve client strategic needsDesign and maintain provider group surveys aligned to market trends and client needsCollaborate with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and contentProvide 'voice of customer (VOC)' insights to engineering team for future enhancements to OncoGenius solutions based on client interactions and market intelligencePartner with Business Development to support client pitches, proposal development and onboardingConduct strategic assessments of client portfolios and assets to identify market access opportunitiesContribute to AET and OncoGenius thought leadership (publications, webinars, conferences)Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learningLead and develop team members to achieve business and strategic objectivesTravel approximately 20%SkillsDeep clinical expertise in oncology.
