[Remote] VP - Account Management

The VP of Account Management will serve as the strategic lead for Medicare Advantage client relationships, managing partnerships and overseeing the launch of new client engagements while building a high-performing account management team.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary executive relationship owner for HarmonyCares' Medicare Advantage plan partnersBuild trusted, durable relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations, including medical directors, network executives, and value-based care leadersProactively identify client needs, surface opportunities for deeper collaboration, and address issues before they escalateTranslate client needs into HarmonyCares’ actions and proactively solve problems in client service both withing account management team and collaborating with other HarmonyCares functions and teamLead regular business reviews, reporting on performance metrics, clinical outcomes, and partnership valueOversee the end-to-end implementation process for new client launches in new and existing marketsPartner cross-functionally with clinical operations, data/analytics, and market teams to ensure launches are executed on time and to contract specificationsDevelop and refine implementation playbooks to drive consistency and efficiency across engagementsProactively identify issues in implementation process and solve problems to keep implementations on track and enhance client experienceManage and develop a team of account management professionalsSet clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and create a culture of accountability and excellenceBuild team capacity to scale with organizational growthTranslate client feedback and market intelligence into actionable insights for internal strategy and product developmentWork with claims and other health care data to track performance, demonstrate value, and identify opportunities for improvementSupport contract renewals and new business development activity in partnership with the SVP and business development teamEmployees will be required to perform other job-related assignments as requestedSkillsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or another related field10+ years of progressive experience in health care, with meaningful exposure to Medicare Advantage plans, and value-based care providersDemonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships at a senior levelStrong client-service orientation with a track record of building trust and delivering results for partnersExceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to work with claims data, utilization reports, and other health care data to inform decision-making and communicate performanceProven leadership and team management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executivesAbility to work with Medicare Advantage plans, including familiarity with plan operations, network management, or member engagement preferredKnowledge of delegated risk arrangements, including understanding of risk contracts, shared savings models, or similar value-based structures preferredFamiliarity with Medicare program design, CMS regulations, or ACO/value-based care program structures preferredMaster's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or another related fieldPrior healthcare consulting experience with focus on serving health insurance clientsPrior experience in home-based care, complex care management, or services for high-need/high-cost populationsBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance, and much more401K Retirement Plan (with company match)Tuition, Professional License and Certification ReimbursementPaid Time Off, Holidays and Volunteer TimePaid Orientation and TrainingGreat Place to Work CertifiedCompany OverviewHarmonyCares is a home-based health care provider for adults and for those with complex medical issues.
