Key Responsibilities

Ā Verify third-party information using online databases for accuracy.
Ā Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions.
Ā Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates.
Ā Ensure all tasks are executed timely and with high quality.
Ā Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills
Ā Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks.
Ā Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Ā Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes.
Ā Computer proficiency is preferred.
Ā Must possess an adequate work-from-home setup.
Ā A stable internet connection is essential.
Qualifications
Ā Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous.
Ā Availability for 40 hours per week, commencing immediately.
Ā Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
