About Us: EZ FILE NOW is a growing financial services firm providing individual and small business tax preparation services nationwide. We are currently expanding our team for the 2026 tax season. Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Tax Preparers. No prior tax preparation experience is required; however, candidates must complete our internal training program prior to preparing returns. This role is ideal for individuals interested in entering the tax industry and building professional experience in tax preparation and client services. Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate individual and self-employed tax returns • Communicate with clients to collect required documentation • Review financial documents for completeness and accuracy • Maintain compliance with IRS regulations and company policies • Use professional tax software to complete filings • Maintain confidentiality of client information Requirements: • Must complete required training program • Must obtain IRS PTIN prior to preparing returns ($19 IRS fee) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Professional demeanor and reliability • Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required Compensation: • Commission-based structure • Must find your on clients • Performance-based growth opportunities • Flexible remote schedule during tax season If you are interested in gaining experience in the tax industry and working in a performance-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
