This role focuses on motivating students through dynamic workshops that develop essential life skills, while leveraging AI-driven learning to personalize student engagement. Responsibilities • Facilitating dynamic virtual workshops focused on developing life skills such as collaboration, effective communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative self-expression • Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, experiential learning methods • Building a supportive, high-energy virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop personally • Leveraging learning analytics and student insights to personalize motivation and guidance for each individual • Partnering with a diverse team of educators across multiple time zones to deliver a responsive, flexible educational experience Skills • Valid US teaching certificate from any state • Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred) • Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video • Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time) • Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks • Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school • Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track) • Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs • Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
