Remote Virtual Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually appealing digital designs, branding materials, and layouts that align with our company’s vision and client requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under minimal supervision in a fully remote environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print use. • Create marketing materials such as social media content, email templates, presentations, and promotional designs. • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. • Interpret client briefs and transform ideas into engaging visual concepts. • Prepare and deliver design drafts, mockups, and final outputs within project timelines. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and creativity. • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices. • Edit and optimize graphics for web, mobile, and social media formats. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience in digital or graphic design. • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Canva, or Figma. • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual composition. • Experience creating designs for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. • Ability to take direction and feedback while working independently. • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary design tools/software. ⸻ Preferred Experience (Not Required): • Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web design principles. • Experience working in remote teams or freelance environments. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay ($25–$45/hr based on experience and project scope). • Flexible remote schedule and project-based assignments. • Opportunities for skill development and creative growth. • Supportive and collaborative design team culture.
