Main Duties and Tasks .Build and maintain two QuickBook accounts · Review transactions and place them in their proper fields · Prepare and submit EOM statements and EOY financials to the Executive Director and Accountant · Suggest methodologies to simplify our receivables through automation- QuickBooks · Assist the team in learning how to invoice through QuickBooks · Share Best Practices to help with smart growth · Run billing, client, and other reports on a routine basis General Profile Requirements · Highly Organized · Strong communication and analytical skills · Team player, personable and reliable · Problem-solving and positive attitude · Ability to work with confidential data · In-depth understanding of accounting rules · Must be authorized to work in the US Technical Skills · Required: Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks · Required: Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel · Preferred: Familiarity with Payment Processing, and the QuickBooks SaaS solution Your Skills and Experience: · A demonstrable work ethic and attention to detail · Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines · A high degree of personal responsibility and dependability · References from previous employers · Must love helping team members succeed · Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills · Extremely goal oriented with a positive attitude and high energy · Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail Apply tot his job
