Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed, conducting research and gathering sources to support presentations
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
Strong technical skills, with the ability to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
Highly organized and able to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage time effectively
Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service and presentation skills
Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Two years of previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
