Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Operations and Growth Support

Hourly Rate: $5–$10 (based on experience)

Location: Global (Ideal candidate’s working hours would be 9AM to 5PM US Pacific Time)

Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team (CEO & Director of UX & Operations) in driving growth, streamlining operations, and amplifying our brand as a Creative Agency. This role blends project coordination, marketing support, client operations, and thought leadership tasks — all while keeping daily workflows aligned with strategic goals.

You’ll act as a hybrid office manager, growth assistant, and project coordinator, ensuring our outbound campaigns, social presence, client tasks, and internal systems run smoothly. Tasks range from daily email monitoring to weekly content creation, lead research, and light project management.

Ideal Candidate:

- Loves systems, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

- Has experience in marketing ops, social media, or executive support.

- Excels at repurposing content (podcasts, blogs) into engaging social/media assets.

- Is tech-savvy (ClickUp, ChatGPT, Figma, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

- Monitor email campaigns (track KPIs, flag replies, suggest optimizations).

- Oversee inboxes/platforms (LinkedIn DMs, Dribbble, Contra notifications).

2. Weekly Growth & Marketing

- Social Media: Post 1x/week to Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook (draft captions + visuals via Figma/AI).

- Podcast Ops: Log episodes, create 5–15 micro-clips for social reuse.

- Clutch Reviews: Amplify new testimonials via social/blog posts.

- Freelance Apps: Submit 3–5 tailored applications weekly for CEO (track in shared sheet).

3. Proactive Outreach & Lead Sourcing

- Research 10+ MedTech/longevity prospects weekly (find decision-makers, draft warm outreach messages).

- Track leads in ClickUp and refine strategies based on reply rates.

4. Thought Leadership & Content

- Repurpose podcast quotes/posts into social content.

- Suggest weekly post topics (trends, client wins, UX insights).

- Monitor competitor content for inspiration.

5. Client & Internal Support

- Light project management: Coordinate mini-projects, track deadlines, ping stakeholders.

- Proposal drafting: Customize SOWs/templates using AI + past examples.

Tools You’ll Use
• ClickUp (task/project tracking)
• ChatGPT/Figma (content drafting/design)
• LinkedIn/Dribbble/Contra (lead gen + freelance apps)
• Slack/Email (internal comms)

Requirements:

2+ years in ops, marketing, or executive support.

Strong writing/editing skills (ability to mimic brand voice).

Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with MedTech/healthcare (a plus, not required).
