Key Responsibilities

• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and crafting detailed itineraries.
• Social Media Management: Support in content creation, management, and engagement across various platforms to maintain a robust online presence for clients.
• Presentation Creation: Develop professional PowerPoint presentations that align with client branding and requirements.
• Invoicing & Payments: Oversee invoicing procedures, ensure timely payment processing, and prepare comprehensive expense reports.
• Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organization of both virtual and in-person events as needed.
• Email Management: Organize and prioritize email communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed swiftly while maintaining order.
• Document Management: Aid in the creation, organization, and maintenance of procedural documents and workflows.
• Newsletter Management: Facilitate the organization and distribution of newsletters to clients and contacts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
