Remote Virtual Assistant (Entry Level)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team at 33 Percent Fund Company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company. This Position pay rate is... ranging $40- 45 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize emails, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
Perform data entry, update records, and maintain databases
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
Conduct online research and compile information as needed
Coordinate with team members and assist in project management tasks
Provide general administrative support to team members as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
