Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the technical requirements of our remote transmissions, including painting and shading cameras, screening, investigating, and maintaining the technical aspects of our remote events
Providing technical engineering expertise in the preparation, planning, and execution of a wide variety of events
Adjusting video levels, black/white balance, and color balance between all cameras
Troubleshooting any video issues, including camera, cabling, lens, and other technical concerns
Managing and organizing remote compound video, fiber optic cable, and source lists
Collaborating with Events and Production partners to develop workflows and ensure successful event execution
Requirements:
At least 2 years of practical experience in distant production operations at the network level in a Video role
Strong knowledge of live production equipment operations
Ability to read and operate a waveform/vectorscope (graphics - SDI and IP, HD, UHD, and HDR)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills using technical judgment and tools
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of broadcast equipment and remote production show needs
Knowledge of fiber optic systems and cabling
