They are seeking a Video Marketing Design Intern to assist in producing performance video ads and gain hands-on experience with generative AI tools in a remote, paid internship.ResponsibilitiesHelping to produce Paid Social performance video adsGetting hands-on exposure to generative AI toolsSkillsFoundational proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; some exposure to After Effects or motion designExperience making short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other Social Media PlatformAn eye for design principles. You can articulate why something looks off, you sweat the details, and you're actively working to improve hierarchy, contrast, and visual flowBias toward making over talking. You'd rather show a rough prototype than describe an idea, and you're comfortable putting unfinished work in front of peopleGenuine curiosity about generative video tools — you've played with at least a few (Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar) and you have opinions about what they're good and bad atBasic prompt engineering instincts.
