The Archdiocese of Baltimore and Catholic Review Media seek a creative and mission-driven Video/Digital Content Creator to produce compelling visual narratives that communicate the life and mission of the Catholic Church. This role involves developing, filming, and editing video content that highlights parish life, ministries, events, and stories of faith, while ensuring effective integration across digital platforms.ResponsibilitiesProduces and develops digital/video content aligned with the priorities of the Archdiocese of BaltimoreCompletes media assignments and contributes to news coverage for Catholic Review MediaHelps identify and tell stories that highlight faith, service, and community lifeManages all aspects of video production and editing, including filming and producing content that captures key messages, events, interviews, and on-location coverage across the ArchdioceseIncorporates graphics, music, captions, and branding elementsCreates content adaptable for various platforms, including the website, social media, YouTube, and digital publicationsManages multiple projects and meets deadlinesProvides additional support to the departments of Evangelization, Advancement, Vocations, and other ministries as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in a related field, if applicable2–5 years of experience in video production or digital mediaProficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Strong storytelling and communication skillsFamiliarity with Catholic teaching, liturgy, and Church structureExperience in nonprofit, religious, or media environmentsSkills in photography, motion graphics, or animationBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision coverageEmployer-paid life and disability insuranceAutomatic enrollment in the 403(b) plan and employer contribution (whether or not the employee contributes)Generous paid holiday, sick and vacation leaveCompany OverviewIt is a Non-profit Organization Management.
