The Vice President, Sales Operations is responsible for optimizing the company's revenue engine by enhancing sales processes, managing pipeline forecasting, and leading a high-performing sales operations team.ResponsibilitiesOwn forecasting process, cadence, and accuracy across all segmentsEstablish standardized pipeline definitions, stage progression criteria, and inspection rhythmsDeliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocityIdentify risks and opportunities to achieve revenue targetsDesign and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes (lead-to-close)Implement best practices for deal qualification, opportunity management, and account planningReduce friction across handoffs (Marketing ? Sales ?
