The Vice President of Provider Sales will manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle for Healthcare Provider accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships through strategic engagement and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDrive Data & AI led growth strategies across strategic Healthcare Provider accounts, expanding footprint and unlocking new revenue opportunities across subsidiariesOwn new Healthcare Provider logo acquisition, originating, shaping, and closing large, complex deals by positioning integrated Data, Digital, and AI solutionsLead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring strong pipeline creation, disciplined execution, and consistent revenue growthDeliver account growth through upsell and cross-sell of Data, AI and Global Delivery led solutions across Finance & Accounting, Contract Center, Revenue Cycle Management, Provider Analytics, Data Management and other services aligned to evolving client prioritiesBuild trusted CXO relationships and engage CIOs/CTOs with compelling, context-driven articulation of EXL’s Data & AI capabilities within the client’s technology landscapeOrchestrate cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions across Data, Analytics, AI, Digital, Finance & Accounting, Contract Center and Clinical OperationsBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline with strong conversion discipline and predictable revenue realizationDrive revenue, pipeline, and profitability performance through strong financial tracking and account governanceLeverage market intelligence to anticipate demand, shape Data & AI offerings, and strengthen competitive positioningSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related disciplineMinimum 15+ years of demonstrated experience in leading delivery teams, business development, sales, pre-sales or related roles, with a strong track record of success8+ years of experience of leading sales in Healthcare Provider sector is requiredMaster's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution, with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General ManagementCompany OverviewEXL is a provider of Transformation and Outsourcing services to Global 1000 companies in multiple industries It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
