This role is responsible for managing the entire deal lifecycle, driving revenue growth, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client priorities.ResponsibilitiesDrive Data & AI led growth strategies across strategic Healthcare Provider accounts, expanding footprint and unlocking new revenue opportunities across subsidiariesOwn new Healthcare Provider logo acquisition, originating, shaping, and closing large, complex deals by positioning integrated Data, Digital, and AI solutionsLead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring strong pipeline creation, disciplined execution, and consistent revenue growthDeliver account growth through upsell and cross-sell of Data, AI and Global Delivery led solutions across Finance & Accounting, Contract Center, Revenue Cycle Management, Provider Analytics, Data Management and other services aligned to evolving client prioritiesBuild trusted CXO relationships and engage CIOs/CTOs with compelling, context-driven articulation of internal Data & AI capabilities within the client's technology landscapeOrchestrate cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions across Data, Analytics, AI, Digital, Finance & Accounting, Contract Center and Clinical OperationsBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline with strong conversion discipline and predictable revenue realizationDrive revenue, pipeline, and profitability performance through strong financial tracking and account governanceLeverage market intelligence to anticipate demand, shape Data & AI offerings, and strengthen competitive positioningSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related disciplineMinimum 15+ years of demonstrated experience in leading delivery teams, business development, sales, pre-sales or related roles, with a strong track record of success8+ years of experience of leading sales in Healthcare Provider sector is requiredMaster's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution, with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or General ManagementCompany OverviewInizio Partners is a full-service recruitment agency specializing in executive search, permanent placements, and contingency staffing.
