They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to support enterprise growth across their healthcare revenue cycle management and AI-enabled managed services portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDrive enterprise-level new logo growth across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory platforms, and strategic healthcare organizationsDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunitiesLead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through contracting and operational transitionIdentify and develop strategic growth opportunities within target accountsConsistently meet or exceed annual quota targetsEffectively articulate Access Healthcare’s value proposition, operational capabilities, and embedded automation strategyCollaborate closely with Solutions, Operations, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal throughout the sales cycleSupport pricing strategy, proposal development, executive presentations, and contract negotiationsMaintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy within SalesforceBuild trusted relationships with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and executive healthcare stakeholdersLead executive-level presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussionsRepresent Access Healthcare at industry conferences, client meetings, and executive forumsDevelop long-term relationships that support both immediate revenue generation and future strategic growthSkills10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experienceProven track record selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) outsourcing and technology-enabled servicesDemonstrated success closing multi-year enterprise agreements valued at $1M+ annuallyExperience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise pursuits (6–24 months)Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and enterprise healthcare buying cyclesExperience selling into C-suite healthcare stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leadershipPrior RCM BPO experience is requiredExperience Selling AI-enabled healthcare solutionsTechnology-enabled managed servicesRevenue Cycle outsourcing partnershipsEnterprise operational transformation solutionsExisting relationships within provider organizations, PE-backed healthcare platforms, or IDNs strongly preferredExperience selling within highly matrixed enterprise healthcare environments preferredBenefitsCompetitive base salaryUncapped commission structureHealthcare benefitsPTO and paid holidaysOpportunity to join a rapidly growing healthcare transformation organizationCompany OverviewAccess Healthcare is a provider of end to end revenue cycle management solutions including medical billing, coding & A/R Follow-up services.
