The Vice President of Operations for Clinical Intelligence is responsible for translating strategy into disciplined execution across the organization, ensuring operational readiness, efficiency, and accountability in delivering services to clients.ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Clinical Intelligence businessLead weekly execution reviews, operational dashboards, and KPI trackingEnsure priorities are clearly defined, resourced, and delivered on timeTranslate GM priorities into executable plans with clear owners and milestonesOwn CI delivery operations across customers and productsStandardize processes across MD Portals, Curation, CGMA, and CLEANIdentify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, rework, and inefficienciesEnsure operational readiness for new clients, expansions, and product launchesServe as the execution bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and OperationsPartner closely with Product to ensure roadmap feasibility and delivery readinessAlign Sales commitments with operational and delivery realitiesDrive tighter handoffs across pre-sale, implementation, and ongoing deliverySupport GM to: Improve delivery economics and gross marginWork with GM to track operational KPIs tied to ARR, cost-to-serve, and utilizationSupport pricing discipline through operational cost transparencyDeliver on all financial commitment for the segmentEnsure operational data is accurate, timely, and decision-readyOwn execution of high-priority CI initiatives including: Operating model unification across acquisitionsTooling, automation, and workflow improvementsEMR / EHR integration execution supportClient remediation and stabilization effortsLead CI operations and delivery leaders with clear expectations and accountabilityReinforce a culture of ownership, follow-through, and continuous improvementIdentify skill gaps, capacity constraints, and organizational risksSupport talent development and succession within CI operationsSkillsDeep institutional knowledge of Reveleer's Clinical Intelligence domain and technology stackExperience in operational leadership roles, preferably in a clinical or healthcare settingProven track record of translating strategy into disciplined execution across people, process, and deliveryStrong ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Delivery, and OperationsExperience in financial and performance management, including tracking operational KPIsAbility to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, rework, and inefficienciesStrong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and continuous improvementExperience in managing delivery operations across multiple customers and productsAbility to support talent development and succession planning within operationsExperience with EMR/EHR integrationFamiliarity with risk adjustment and quality improvement processesExperience in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentKnowledge of operational cost transparency and pricing disciplineBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, Dental and Vision benefits401kmatchGenerous PTO planCompany OverviewReveleer provides health plan software and services for risk adjustment, quality, and data analytics using NLP technology.
