[Remote] Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations will lead the execution of operational strategy for the Conserva Irrigation franchise system, focusing on achieving financial objectives, improving franchisee performance, and delivering training and support.ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting strategic direction and aligning brand objectives with Empower Brandsβ overall goalsProvide overall direction and guidance for system-wide operational activitiesEstablish and evolve operating policies, standards, and service offerings to strengthen the brandLead the support team in delivering proactive training, coaching, and mentoring to franchiseesDrive improvements in franchisee performance, unit growth, and profitabilityOversee onboarding of new franchisees and ensure effective ramp through ongoing reinforcementOwn achievement of annual budget and EBITDA targetsMonitor financial performance and ensure alignment with monthly and annual goalsEnsure appropriate metrics, reporting, and accountability systems are in placeOversee development and growth of the commercial irrigation division to meet national and regional customer needsEnsure alignment between commercial initiatives and broader operational strategyPartner with the Director of Sales & Training to support sales effectiveness and franchisee growthCollaborate with Marketing to drive lead generation and revenue opportunitiesSupport development and execution of training programs, regional meetings, and annual conventionsHire, develop, and lead a high-performing team including Franchise Business Coaches and functional leadersBuild organizational capability to support continued system growthFoster a culture of accountability, performance, and franchisee successMaintain strong knowledge of franchising and industry dynamics to evolve the business modelEnsure adherence to legal guidelines, brand standards, and ethical business practicesBuild strong relationships with franchisees to support long-term successSkills5+ years of leadership experience in franchise, multi-unit, or home service based operationsProven ability to drive business performance, operational execution, and team developmentStrong financial acumen, including P&L management and KPI-driven decision makingDemonstrated success in building relationships and influencing performance across a distributed networkExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree requiredAbility to travel up to 30%Company OverviewEmpower Brands offers franchisees solutions to help them reach their personal, professional, and financial objectives.
