The Vice President of In-Home Evaluation Operations at Signify Health will lead enterprise supply-demand strategy and execution, focusing on capacity management, forecasting, and client production management to ensure operational performance and workforce optimization.ResponsibilitiesOwn enterprise supply–demand strategy and execution, including forecasting, capacity planning, national production, and GeoMode deploymentLead large, distributed teams accountable for forecasting accuracy, clinician network capacity, production performance, and market executionEstablish and scale enterprise forecasting and capacity frameworks, including demand planning, scenario modeling, and clinician network allocationDrive national production strategy and execution to deliver completion targets, clinician network productivity, and operational efficiencyDefine and implement market-level deployment models to optimize clinician network distribution, capacity balance, and performance across geographiesBuild and govern performance management frameworks, including KPIs for forecasting accuracy, capacity attainment, production, utilization, and market healthPartner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to advance forecasting tools, operational workflows, and decision support capabilitiesAct as a senior client-facing leader, aligning supply–demand strategies with health plan and enterprise stakeholder growth and performance objectivesLead cross-functional execution with Operations, Recruiting, Clinical, HR, Finance, Analytics, and Legal to ensure alignment to enterprise prioritiesIdentify and resolve capacity constraints, forecasting variability, and operational risks through data-driven insights and executionLead executive-level operating reviews and planning forums, providing clear visibility into performance, risks, and forward outlookDrive transformation and scaling initiatives to improve forecasting precision, operational agility, and network performanceSkills15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, including workforce strategy, forecasting, capacity planning, or production managementProven track record of leading enterprise-scale operations and delivering measurable improvements in performance, capacity, and efficiencyExperience leading large, dispersed teams across multiple functions and marketsStrong analytical and financial acumen, with expertise in forecasting, modeling, and performance managementDemonstrated ability to operate at both enterprise and market level, translating strategy into executionExecutive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead in a highly matrixed environmentDeep expertise in workforce optimization, supply–demand balancing, and healthcare operational performance driversExperience leading transformation and scaling initiatives in complex healthcare organizationsBachelor's degree or equivalentBenefitsThis position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families.The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility.Company OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
