They are seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, long-range forecasting, and margin optimization, translating complex operational data into actionable insights for sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & ForecastingLead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and multi-year long-range financial models, aligning departmental goals with IKS Health’s global "Care Enablement" visionDevelop and maintain integrated driver-based models (e.g., clinician volumes, AI-tool throughput, labor productivity, and RCM yield) to improve forecast accuracy across diverse business unitsExecute scenario planning for new market entries and the deployment of Agentic AIOperational Excellence & Margin StrategyPartner with Operations and Product heads to drive unit economics and profitability initiatives, specifically focusing on the transition from human-intensive to AI-augmented delivery modelsEstablish and monitor system-wide KPI dashboards (Gross Margins, EBITDA, DSO, and Client Acquisition Costs)M&A and Investment SupportProvide financial due diligence and integration support for domestic and international acquisitionsLead ROI and payback analysis for high-tech capital expenditures, specifically around the Scribble Suite and Google Cloud-based generative AI platformsManage the capital allocation process, ensuring investments align with the goalsSkills12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleDeep experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, or Health-Tech (SaaS/BPaaS) is mandatoryProven track record of managing financial integration for multi-site or global organizationsAdvanced proficiency in FP&A and BI tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite Planning, or Power BI)Expert-level financial modeling skills are a givenExperience working within a global delivery model (US-India corridor) is a significant advantageBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting requiredFamiliarity with the US healthcare provider landscape is highly preferredMBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferredBenefitsHealthcare401 (k)Paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees)Company OverviewIKS Health provides AI-enabled and human-supported healthcare services that handle clinical documentation and administrative tasks.
